Non-asbestos inorganic mineral fibers, organic synthetic fibers or cellulose fibers, alone or in combination, are used as reinforcing materials, and ordinary Portland cement or cement is added with siliceous and calcareous materials instead of part of the cement as cementitious materials (silica, The total amount of calcareous materials does not exceed 80% of the total amount of cementitious materials), and the panels are made by pulping, molding, steam or high-pressure steam curing.
1. Low-density board: only suitable for areas that are not directly affected by the sun, rain and/or snow.
2. Medium-density board: suitable for areas that may be directly affected by the sun and rain. The surface coating or immersion treatment should be carried out during delivery (or before use). Generally not used in frozen areas. If there is no rupture and delamination after ≥200 freeze-thaw cycle tests, it can be used in cold areas.
3. High-density board: suitable for areas that may be directly affected by the sun, rain and/or snow, surface coating or immersion treatment should be carried out when delivery (or before use); when used in non-load-bearing buildings in frozen areas When the outer wall is paneled, its water absorption rate should not be more than 20%, and the outdoor surface layer shall be treated with waterproofing.
Test basis: Falling ball method test impact, no through cracks on the board surface.
2. Freezing resistance
Test basis: After 25 freeze-thaw cycles, no cracks or delamination should occur.
3. Water impermeability
Test basis: Wet marks on the reverse side of the board are allowed after 24h inspection, but no water droplets are allowed.
